• After the program will be a short break when visitors can mingle, browse our lending library, or review the literature we have available.
• Following the break we will begin our "rap" sessions, in which everyone will have an opportunity to join in a group discussion.
• We are here for support -- participation is encouraged, but nobody is required to speak or divulge anything personal unless you feel comfortable doing so.

Many people don't know where to turn when they find out a loved one is gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender (GLBT). Others don't know where to go when they want to learn ways to support their GLBT friends and family through outreach and advocacy. Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG) is there for all of these people. Nationwide, PFLAG members provide support and information to counter myths and misinformation about sexual orientation and gender identity. They are a resource to straight and fair-minded aliies who want to join the fight for equality for all. Our message is clear: You have a home in PFLAG.

There is no cost to attend. Paid memberships support this chapter by paying for our rent, help line, and printed materials, but is optional.
